Float Policies & Center Etiquette

New clients please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment to do paperwork and cover any questions or concerns you may have. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes early for your appointment. We want to have the opportunity to focus on supporting our clients leaving their appointments as well as give our full attention to disinfecting your float room.

If you are a new client doing a 60-minute float and you are late for your appointment we most often cannot accommodate your late arrival and you will be charged for your missed appointment. We will not deduct your late arrival from your float time on a 60-minute float. If you have reserved a 90-minute or Two Hour Session, we will deduct the time you were late from your session.

Please be mindful of other guests in our center, whether you are aware of their presence or not. Refrain from loud talking and/or noises, or making noise beyond our reception area. Cell phone usage is absolutely not allowed beyond our reception area and you may not play your own music, listen to podcasts, etc while in your float. Cell phones must be turned completely off during your float. If you feel you may have an emergency call please advice our front desk to monitor your phone during your float or reschedule.

One person per room per pod. We do not offer “couples floats” or anyone accompanying others during their float sessions. No exceptions.

Be mindful of our schedule and guests following you by exiting your room no more than 10 minutes after your float is complete. The restroom as well as our recovery area are available for any needs that you have beyond showering and dressing.
